三浦一馬（バンドネオン）　Kazuma Miura, Bandoneon

10歳よりバンドネオンを始める。2006年別府アルゲリッチ音楽祭にてバンドネオン界の最高峰ネストル・マルコーニと出会い、その後自作CDの売上で渡航費を捻出してアルゼンチンに渡り、現在に至るまで氏に師事。2008年国際ピアソラ・コンクールで日本人初、史上最年少で準優勝。2014年度出光音楽賞を受賞。2017年自らが率いる室内オーケストラ「東京グランド・ソロイスツ」を結成。2022年、三浦一馬五重奏団によるピアソライヤーの最後に相応しいアルバム「ピアソラスタンダード＆ビヨンド」を日本コロムビアよりリリース。NHK大河ドラマ「青天を衝け」の大河紀行音楽演奏を担当するなど若手実力派バンドネオン奏者として各方面から注目されている。

曽根 麻央　(Trumpet / Piano)　Mao Sone
幼少期よりピアノを、8歳でトランペットを始める。2016年にバークリー音楽大学修士課程の第1期生として首席(summa cum laude)で卒業。在学中にはタイガー大越、ダニーロ・ペレス、ジョー・ロバーノ、ジョン・パティトゥッチ、テリ・リン・キャリントン等に師事、また共演。在学中よりニューポート、モントレー、モントリオール、トロント、ドミニカ等の国際的なジャズ・フェスティバルに出演。2014年国際トランペット連盟(ITG)ジャズ・コンペティション優勝、同年国際セロニアス・モンク・コンペティション・セミファイナリスト。2015年 千葉県流山市『ふるさとづくり功労賞』受賞。

2018年に帰国後は東京を拠点とし、アルバム「Infinite Creature」(ポニーキ ャニオン)でメジャーデビュー 。2022年『Brightness of the Lives』(Reborn Wood)を続けて発表。ジャズの聖地と言われるブルーノート東京には 本年で3年連続の出演を果たしている。

映画の分野では、自身が音楽制作を担当した『Trumpet』で東京ショ ート・ショート・フィルム・フェスティバルをはじめ、国内外の映画祭に て多数受賞。
2023年には初のソロアルバム『Plays Standards』をリリース。リ リースツアーの一環として中国ブルーノートツアーを行い、4日間の上海〜北京公演を成功させた。

作編曲家としては、2018年ダニーロ・ペレスの『Jazz 100』公演の編曲提 供、2019年のウェイン・ショーターのオペラ『Iphigenia』の一部の写譜、 テリ・リン・キャリントンが音楽監督を務めた『Nat King Cole Christmas』 公演の一部楽曲の編曲を担う。 2024年公開のNetflix連続ドラマでは楽曲提供とピアノ監修を担うなど、インターナショナルに活動している。

浅野 祥　(Tsugaru Shamisen)　Sho Asano

宮城県仙台市出身｜1990年3月2日生まれ
仙台第一高等学校｜慶應義塾大学 卒業

祖父の影響により、3歳で和太鼓、5歳で津軽三味線を始める。
その後、三絃小田島流 二代目小田島徳旺氏に師事。
7歳の時、青森県弘前市で開催される津軽三味線全国大会に最年少出場し、翌年から各級の最年少優勝記録を次々と塗り替える。
2004年 津軽三味線全国大会、最高峰のA級で最年少優勝（当時14歳）その後、2006年まで連続優勝し、3連覇を達成。同大会の規定により、殿堂入りを果たす。※津軽三味線世界大会（旧大会名：津軽三味線全国大会）

2007年17歳でビクターエンターテインメントより「祥風」でメジャーデビュー。以降、コンセルトヘボウ（オランダ）、ケネディ・センター（アメリカ）でのコンサートをはじめ、アメリカ、ヨーロッパ、カナダ、アジア各国でコンサートツアーを行うなど、海外に向けても積極的に発信する。

民謡、Classic、Rock、Jazz、Pops、フラメンコなどジャンルにとらわれない演奏スタイルにより、石川さゆり、山下洋輔、宮沢和史、yamaなど、様々なアーティストとの共演を果たす。中学生時には元BOØWY・高橋まこと（ドラム）とバンドを組んでいた。

自身のアルバムでは世界的なミュージシャンとの創作にも取り組み、ジャズ界の巨匠ウィル・リー（ベース）や、同じくジャズ界の若きスタープレイヤー、マーカス・ギルモア（ドラム）、2度グラミー賞に輝いたリチャード・ストルツマン（クラリネット）らとアルバム制作を行う。

和楽器奏者としては初めて日本最大級の音楽フェス『MONSTER baSH』に3年連続で出演するなど、様々なロックフェスやジャズフェスに出演。
また令和７年度「中学生の器楽」（教育芸術社教科書）に掲載される。

近年では”日本遺産×芸能”をテーマに掲げる文化庁主催『NOBODY KNOWS』への参加など、日本文化の掘り起しや普及にも積極的に取り組む。また、日本各地の民謡を現代の感覚で作編曲する「MIKAGE PROJECT」や複数の邦楽演奏家からなる「ART歌舞伎楽団」に参加し、新たな音楽シーンを切り拓いている。

Kan(Percussion)
大阪出身のマルチパーカッショニスト。
中学の時に吹奏楽部でパーカッションをはじめる。

高校在学中は仙道さおり氏に師事。卒業後、ニューヨークでチェンボコルニエル、小川慶太 氏、セルジオクラコウスキ、ホジェリオボッカートなどに師事する。
ニューヨーク在住中、日本大使館にてMIKA Mimura ERICKOSONバンドで演奏。
2016年にボストンのバークリー音楽大学に入学。在学中はアランマレット、フェルナンドブ ランダオ、タイガー大越などに師事。
2017年Banda Magdaの来日公演にてブルーノート東京に出演。2019年自身がパーカッ ショニストとして参加しているラテンフュージョンバンドDEJÀNにてスイス、チェコ、オースト リア、ドイツにて演奏。
同年、ボストン州議事堂にて演奏。 第63回グラミー賞「Best Immersive Audio Album」のカテゴリにおいて自身が参加した Alain Malletのアルバム「A Wake Of Sorrows Engulfed In Rage」がノミネート。

2021年、ヨーロッパにて行われたEster Wiesnerovaのレコーディング、そして次年に行わ れたツアーにも参加。また、2022年イスラエル人ピアニストYotam Ishayのイスラエルツ アーに参加。

Snarky Puppyのマイケルリーグとビルローレンスが審査員を務めたコンペティション「 Beyond Music」にて選出され、審査員二人がプロデュースしたアルバムに収録された。

2022年、小曽根真氏の率いるビッグバンド”No Name Horses”のクリスマスジャズナイトに ゲストとして出演。
現在は東京を拠点に国内外問わず演奏活動を広げている。

＜MEMBER PROFILES＞

Kazuma Miura (Bandoneon)

Kazuma Miura began playing the bandoneon at the age of ten. In 2006, he met Néstor Marconi, one of the world's foremost bandoneon masters, at the Beppu Argerich Music Festival. Determined to study with Marconi, Miura financed a trip to Argentina through sales of his self-produced CD and has continued his studies under Marconi ever since.

In 2008, he became the first Japanese musician and the youngest competitor in history to win Second Prize at the International Piazzolla Competition. He received the 2014 Idemitsu Music Award and founded the chamber orchestra Tokyo Grand Soloists in 2017.

In 2022, his quintet released Piazzolla Standards & Beyond through Nippon Columbia, a landmark recording celebrating the legacy of Astor Piazzolla. He also performed the travelogue music featured in NHK’s historical drama Reach Beyond the Blue Sky (Seiten wo Tsuke).

Recognized as one of Japan’s leading young bandoneon virtuosos, Miura continues to captivate audiences worldwide through his expressive artistry and dynamic performances.

Mao Sone (Trumpet / Piano)

Mao Sone began studying piano in early childhood and trumpet at the age of eight. In 2016, he graduated summa cum laude from Berklee College of Music’s graduate program as a member of its inaugural class. During his studies, he was mentored by and performed alongside renowned artists including Tiger Okoshi, Danilo Pérez, Joe Lovano, John Patitucci, and Terri Lyne Carrington.

While still a student, Sone performed at major international jazz festivals including Newport, Monterey, Montreal, Toronto, and the Dominican Republic Jazz Festivals. In 2014, he won the International Trumpet Guild Jazz Competition and was selected as a semifinalist in the prestigious Thelonious Monk International Jazz Competition.

After returning to Japan in 2018, he made his major-label debut with the album Infinite Creature and later released Brightness of the Lives. He has appeared at Blue Note Tokyo for three consecutive years.

As a composer and arranger, Sone has contributed to projects involving Danilo Pérez, Wayne Shorter, and Terri Lyne Carrington. His work also extends to film and television, including music production for award-winning films and musical contributions to a Netflix drama series. In 2023, he released his first solo album Plays Standards and successfully completed a Blue Note China tour with performances in Shanghai and Beijing.

Sho Asano (Tsugaru Shamisen)

Born in Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture, Sho Asano began playing taiko drums at age three and Tsugaru shamisen at age five under the influence of his grandfather. He later studied under Tokuo Odashima II of the Sangen Odashima School.

At the age of seven, Asano became the youngest competitor ever to participate in Japan’s National Tsugaru Shamisen Competition. The following year, he began setting records as the youngest champion in multiple divisions. In 2004, at age fourteen, he became the youngest-ever winner of the competition’s highest A-Class division and went on to achieve three consecutive championships, earning a place in its Hall of Fame.

In 2007, he made his major debut with Victor Entertainment. Since then, he has performed internationally at prestigious venues including the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam and the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C., as well as throughout North America, Europe, Canada, and Asia.

Known for a genre-crossing style that blends traditional Japanese music with classical, jazz, rock, pop, and flamenco influences, Asano has collaborated with numerous prominent artists. His recordings feature internationally acclaimed musicians such as Will Lee, Marcus Gilmore, and Grammy Award-winning clarinetist Richard Stoltzman.

Asano became the first traditional Japanese instrumentalist to perform at Japan’s major music festival MONSTER baSH for three consecutive years. In recent years, he has also been actively involved in cultural preservation and innovation projects, promoting Japanese heritage through music while creating new possibilities for traditional instruments on the global stage.

Kan (Percussion)

Kan is a multi-percussionist from Osaka, Japan. He began playing percussion in his junior high school wind ensemble and later studied under Saori Sendo during high school.

After graduation, he moved to New York, where he studied with Chimboco Corniel, Keita Ogawa, Sergio Krakowski, and Rogerio Boccato. During his time in New York, he performed at the Embassy of Japan as a member of the MIKA Mimura Erickson Band.

In 2016, Kan enrolled at Berklee College of Music, where he studied with Alan Mallet, Fernando Brandão, and Tiger Okoshi. He performed at Blue Note Tokyo in 2017 with Banda Magda and later toured Switzerland, the Czech Republic, Austria, and Germany with the Latin fusion band DEJÀN.

His participation in Alain Mallet’s album A Wake of Sorrows Engulfed in Rage contributed to its nomination for Best Immersive Audio Album at the 63rd Grammy Awards.

Kan has also collaborated internationally with artists including Ester Wiesnerova and Israeli pianist Yotam Ishay. He was selected for the Beyond Music project, judged by Snarky Puppy members Michael League and Bill Laurance, and appeared on an album produced by both musicians.

In 2022, he was featured as a guest performer with Makoto Ozone’s renowned big band No Name Horses. Currently based in Tokyo, Kan continues to perform and collaborate with artists around the world.
