株式会社Moon、新レーベル「MOONRISE RECORDS」を設立 ― 日本の音楽を世界基準へ ―

この度、株式会社Moonは、ジャズ奏者・曽根麻央が代表を務める株式会社claudia、およびヴァイオリニスト・﨑谷直人氏がプロデュースするレーベル「kKy records」を運営するSana LLCとの三社間パートナーシップを締結し、新たにレコード・レーベル「MOONRISE RECORDS」を本格始動させることとなりました。

■株式会社Moonが目指す、新たな「三位一体」の連携
株式会社Moonは、アーティストとともに新しい音楽の価値を創造する会社です。今回の新レーベル発足により、私たちの事業は以下のように連携し、日本の音楽を世界へと届けてまいります。
* 株式会社Moon：アーティストとともに新しい価値を創造する母体
* MOONRISE：コンサートや海外公演などのステージを生み出す（＝アーティストの立つ場所をつくる）
* MOONRISE RECORDS：音源や作品を制作し世界へ届ける（＝音楽を作品として未来へ残す）

この三つが有機的に連携することで、日本のアーティストと素晴らしい音楽を世界基準で創り上げ、現地へ、そして未来へとつないでいきます。

■パートナーシップの目的と背景
以前より、株式会社Moonは、弊社の専属アーティストである曽根麻央氏が代表を務める株式会社claudiaと業務提携を結び、共にクリエイティブを追求してまいりました。
今回はそのパートナーシップをさらに発展させ、弊社が持つ圧倒的な「コンサート企画力」と、株式会社claudia、そして新たに加わったSana LLCが培ってきた「レーベル運営・音源制作のノウハウ」を掛け合わせることで、今回のレーベル発足が実現しました。 この連携により、ジャズや民族音楽、クラシックなどジャンルの垣根を超えた音のプロデュースが可能となります。今後は、国内外での公演・コンサートと連動したハイクオリティな作品作りをコンスタントに行ってまいります。

■「演奏家世界進出プロジェクト」としての新たな挑戦
MOONRISEが掲げる「演奏家世界進出プロジェクト」のコンセプトに基づき、単なる海外公演の実施にとどまらず、「日本発のコンテンツを世界基準で創り上げ、現地とつながりながら価値を育てていく」というビジョンを具現化してまいります。 その重要な一環として、世界へ届く音源制作に本格的に取り組み、「同じ空、同じ月の下で」の言葉のもと、公演の熱量をそのままパッケージし、世界のリスナーへと届ける新しい音楽のあり方を提示してまいります。

■感性が共鳴し、新しい音が生まれる。
その音は、また誰かの感性を呼び起こし、 新たな音楽へとつながっていく。

Moon Inc. is pleased to announce a new three-party partnership with claudia Inc., represented by jazz artist Mao Sone, and Sana LLC, which operates the "kKy records" label produced by violinist Naoto Sakiya. Together, we are officially launching our new record label, "MOONRISE RECORDS."

■ Moon Inc.'s Vision: A New "Three-in-One" Synergy

Moon Inc. is a company dedicated to co-creating new musical value alongside artists. With the launch of the new label, our divisions will work in harmony to bring Japanese music to the global stage:

* Moon Inc.: The core organization co-creating new value with artists.
* MOONRISE: The event brand creating stages for concerts and international tours (= creating a place for artists to stand).
* MOONRISE RECORDS: The music label producing and delivering sounds and works to the world (= preserving artists' music as works for the future).

By organically linking these three pillars, we will craft Japan-originated content to a global standard, connecting with local communities and passing this value on to the future.

■ Purpose and Background of the Partnership

Previously, Moon Inc. maintained a business alliance with claudia Inc., represented by our exclusive artist Mao Sone, through which we have jointly pursued creative excellence.

This new initiative expands upon our existing alliance. By combining our exceptional concert production capabilities with the extensive expertise in label operations and music production held by claudia Inc. and Sana LLC, we have realized the launch of this new label. This collaboration enables the production of music that transcends genres—incorporating jazz, world music, classical, and more. Moving forward, we will consistently create high-quality works in tandem with concerts both in Japan and abroad.

■ A New Challenge: The "Global Expansion Project for Performers"

In line with the concept of MOONRISE’s "Global Expansion Project for Performers," our vision extends far beyond simply organizing overseas concerts. We aim to realize the vision of "creating Japan-originated content to a global standard and nurturing its value while connecting with local communities." As a vital part of this mission, we will fully commit ourselves to creating music that reaches worldwide. Guided by our tagline, "Under One Sky," we will package the raw energy of live performances and present a new paradigm of music to global listeners.
